Distillers Cut 2019 [AD - gifted] . I've taken a week to get my taste buds around this years Distillers Cut from @monkey47 . Every year they released a super rare, super special gin, featuring a special botanical or "Species Rara" - this year, it's Myristica Fragrans (Nutmeg seed) - and it's seriously tasty. . The gin itself is remarkably dry, packed full of flavour and in fact nearly viscous. The flavour is incredibly complex. I personally get oily lemony notes at the fore and a base line of spicy mace. Dare I say, my favourite Distillers Cut so far. . Due to its popularity - the only way you can get your hands on one of these 5000 bottles is to enter a raffle over on their website!

Great to finally taste the wonderful Pink Pepper Dry @estuarywinebar last night! High expectations were met - it is indeed dry and is indeed Pink Pepper - without the rich sweetness of the original, this offers much more, with plenty of flavour coming through around the pepper - welcoming juniper, touch of bright citrus and it's still SO smooth!
