I make no apology for the word count on the latest article - my thoughts on this years London @Junipalooza. Because not only was it the best yet, I got to meet some absolute legends and catch up with some I’d already had the pleasure of meeting. [AD - gifted] When I realised it was World Martini Day, I reached for the wonderful 2nd Jekka's Edition from @6oclockgin - 'Bouquet Garni' - fresh herbs such as tarragon and bay ooze from the glass, making an incredible Martini! . Teaming up with @jekkamcvicar from @jekkasherbfarm again, they've created another beauty! . [AD - Gifted] Finally got round to opening the hefty green bottle of @wessexgin - and I was not disappointed! This traditional dry Gin is backed up with a little hit of citrus and slightly sweet finish is a really good example of our favourite spirit. The turquoise bottle is a beautiful beast! I think, with time, the branding could do with a little tweak, but I am really enjoying the liquid, its delicious. [AD - gifted] The Original Liqueur - @haymansgin have released their Gin Liqueur again! I actually first got a bottle back in 2014 and only drank it over ice. It was a treasured bottled in my collection but once it was finished, they'd stopped making it. So I was beyond excited to learn it was back! It's sweet and...wait...tastes of Gin!! Forget the fruit and glitter - this is the real deal!
