"A Gin Less Ordinary" . [AD - Gifted] . Lovely lite gin from @twistedcellar with some fantastic label artwork (scroll across 👉). The gin itself - lots of subtle flavours, with a little lavender, lemon balm and rose - all twisted together perfectly, none dominate the others - it's actually quite a light gin, so doesn't need to be mixed too much. I served it with some lemon peel and verbena, just to bring out the citrus - but can see this making a delish martini too. "Polish Inspired, Welsh Crafted" . [AD - Gifted] . Introducing @fourfeathersspirit and their Botanical Vodka & London Dry Gin. Highly experienced distiller Sion Edwards, along with his wife Paulina, have created two tasty new spirits that I have been getting my tastebuds around over the past couple of weeks! Make sure you check them out!!! Tasting notes below! . The Vodka - inspired by an old Polish recipe - it's incredibly smooth. Surprisingly aromatic, and to taste, the floral notes flourish into the mouth. They are quickly joined by a cooling spice (if that's even a thing!) and finished with a little sweetness. For a vodka - it has a real lasting palate, of course helped by the added botanicals (14 in total) and is eally tasty both neat and mixed with a glug of tonic. . The Gin - a really interesting one. It's impeccably balanced between sweetness and fresh herbaceous flavours. Gin & Chocolate . [AD - Gifted] . I have, in the past, been sceptical when it comes to Gin and chocolate, however over the years it's really gone from strength to strength! An excellent example - @colonsaygin and @highlandpatissier have created these DELICIOUS little chocs! My favourite, the Orange & Colonsay Gin, but they are all really tasty!
