This outstanding Gin - “Trading Tides” from @strangerandsons x @fourpillarsgin was utterly divine. It’s complex dry and almost salted citrus was explosive in the mouth! The vivid spice vs cooling anise was a constant battle for the top spot in the overall taste. It was a fantastic showcase of both Australian and Indian botanicals - but most importantly, how well they blended together and created a one of a kind flavour journey. Bravo 👏🏽
