Classic Negroni 

1 Part Quality Gin (stronger the better, we find Hayman’s Royal Dock works best)
1 Part Campari
1 Part Martini Rosso

Pour all ingredients over lots of ice, stir and finish with a thick slice of fresh orange.

Our favourite Negroni…with Hayman’s Royal Dock Gin
Basil Smash

50ml Gin (Any gin will work…but try something floral like Hendricks for added flavour)
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
8-10 Torn Basil Leaves (the more the better!)

Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker and add all other ingredients. Shake hard with lots of ice.  Pour it all, over ice, in a rock glass. Finish with a couple more basil leaves.

Little Fizzy Scarlet

25ml Tiptree Little Scarlet Gin Liqueur
Prosecco
1 x Strawberry, topped and halved

In a Champagne flute, add an couple of ice cubes. Pour the gin liqueur over the ice and top up with Prosecco. Finish with the strawberry pieces.

Little Scarlet – perfect with Prosecco!

Brilliant Martini

Lots of Brilliant Gin (at least 75ml)

Dash of decent dry Vermouth 

Little peel of orange

Stir over ice and pour into a Martini Glass – finish with the orange and enjoy!
